Required by UK & EU art sellers for sales €10,000+. As a collector you can get verified once and use each time you purchase (subject to seller opt in).
Art sellers in the UK and most other EU jurisdictions are now required by law to conduct AML (anti-money laundering) and KYC (know your client) checks on their buyers (from any country) for all sales over €10,000. This means to be compliant they need verification of source of funds/wealth (AML) and identity (KYC).

Only Art Money has access to your confidential information which is encrypted and securely stored in the cloud. We will only share your information with the art seller with your express permission and only if required by law.
